Ingredients: red dates, lotus seeds, peanuts, longan, sea bird's nest tea bricks
Sauce: Kanten powder (or gelatine powder), organic miso, organic white vinegar, honey, water
Cooking method:
1. After cooking the red dates, lotus seeds, peanuts and longan, add appropriate amount of sea bird's nest tea bricks to dissolve and stir evenly.
2. Boil gelatine powder and water at a ratio of 1:4, add to a soup pot and continue to boil, then turn off the heat and let cool, divide into packages and refrigerate.
3. How to make sweet miso sauce: Mix organic fine miso, white vinegar, and honey in a ratio of 2:1:2.
4. Take out the refrigerated jujube and cinnamon jelly and top with sweet miso.
