Taiwanese Miso Toast

Ingredients: Golden barley miso, eggs, thick slices of toast, Wangmi sauce, diced ham and vegetables
Sauce: milk, cream, fresh cream, starch
Cooking method:
1. Add a little milk to the whole egg liquid and mix evenly, then dip the toast into the egg liquid
2. Heat the pan, add butter, and fry the toast until golden brown.
3. Preparation of filling: Saute diced ham and vegetables in butter until fragrant, add corn paste, fresh cream, and cornstarch and stir evenly. Soak golden barley miso in hot water, add in and stir evenly.
4. Make the toast box: cut the inside of the toast on all four sides, leaving 1 cm of space at the bottom, flatten the inside with a spoon, and put the filling into the toast to complete.
