Chairman Chung Chun-ming and Secretary-general Zhang Shuzhen, members of the Taiwan Brewing and Food Industry Association, brought their colleagues from across the country who produce soy sauce, miso, vinegar and other sauces to this brewing factory with a different look. This visit was not only a demonstration of the results of the transformation of the tourist factory, but also an interesting and delicious experience.

At the "Brewing and Food Sustainability Declaration Earth Feast" event, 70 distinguished guests tasted delicacies made using local seasonal agricultural products and Miron brewed sauces without additives. Dishes include the bitter tea oil shochu chicken, red fermented pork trotters, sauteed three cups of king oyster mushrooms, etc. introduced by Ms. Dong herself. Each dish demonstrates Mirei Brewing’s dedication to natural, organic and friendly ingredients.

In addition to the gourmet feast, visitors also participated in educational guided tours and handmade paper barrel miso box experiences, allowing them to experience the essence of the brewing process. In the end, every visitor left with a carefully selected souvenir filled with gratitude.
